Description
MPPS v22 and v18 Master, without the usual read/write restrictions. MPPS (Master Programming and Programming System) is an established Windows tool for reading and writing engine control units over OBD and on the bench: the two versions in this archive cover the ECUs many workshops still see every week.
What it does
- Read, write and checksum — the three jobs you need for a calibration change, with the checksum corrected automatically.
- Both versions included — v22 for the current ECU families and v18 Master for the older ones.
- Tricore support — the archive ships the Tricore documentation for the processors this build handles.
- Vehicle list and video — the supported car list as a CSV and a video walk-through of the installation and first read.
- Support files — the extra ECU support archive that comes with the package.

Before you buy
- Check the CSV car list in the archive against the vehicle in front of you.
- Install the Windows driver for your interface first — MPPS itself does not include it.
- Keep the original read on disk; a failed write is recoverable only if you have it.
- Antivirus products may flag the patched executable. Unpack into its own folder and add an exclusion.
- Sold as a digital download. Use it only on ECUs you are authorised to service.
