ECU Skull sells digital files that are delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned. For this reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been paid, including where a file turns out not to suit your vehicle.
Payments are settled on a public blockchain and cannot be charged back.
Before you buy
Read your ECU’s CALID with an OBD-II scan tool and make sure it is listed under “Compatible CALIDs” on the product page. If you are unsure, email support@ecuskull.ch with your CALID before ordering.
Download problems
If your download link does not work or has expired before you could save the file, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
