By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy from the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. What we sell<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Store sells engine control unit (ECU) calibration update files in CUW format as digital downloads. Each product page lists the calibration IDs (CALIDs) the file applies to. No physical goods are shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle makes, model names and engine codes are used only to describe compatibility and remain the trademarks of their owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Checking compatibility before you buy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for confirming that a file matches your vehicle before purchase. Read the CALID from your own ECU with an OBD-II scan tool (service 09, InfoType 04; on UDS, service 0x22, DID 0xF804) and check that it appears in the product&#8217;s list of compatible CALIDs. Vehicle, year and engine information on product pages is provided for orientation only and may be incomplete; where a model year is marked as uncertain, rely on the CALID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; the amount may be converted at checkout at the rate shown to you at that time. Card, wallet and exchange payments are settled as digital assets on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed once confirmed. An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once payment is confirmed, a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address given at checkout. Each purchase allows up to three downloads within seven days of purchase. Save the file when you download it. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us at <a href=\"mailto:support@ecuskull.ch\">support@ecuskull.ch<\/a> with your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Immediate supply and right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Files are supplied immediately after payment. If you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts, you expressly request that supply begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download link has been made available to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All sales are final. See the <a href=\"\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your use of the files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Files are for use on vehicles you own or are authorised to service.<\/li><li>You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files.<\/li><li>You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your vehicle, including emissions, safety and roadworthiness rules. The Store does not sell files intended to disable emissions control equipment.<\/li><li>Writing a calibration to an ECU requires suitable tools and knowledge. Follow the procedure for your tool, keep a stable power supply, and keep a backup of the existing calibration where your tool allows it.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. No warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Files are provided &#8220;as is&#8221;. We do not warrant that a file will be suitable for a particular purpose or that the writing process will succeed on your vehicle or with your tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage to vehicles, ECUs or tools, for loss of use, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of a file. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Statutory rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms do not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
