Contact: <a href=\"mailto:support@ecuskull.ch\">support@ecuskull.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Order data:<\/strong> the name and email address you enter at checkout, the products ordered, the amount and the payment reference.<\/li><li><strong>Download records:<\/strong> when a download link is used, the time and the IP address.<\/li><li><strong>Messages:<\/strong> anything you send us by email.<\/li><li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> web server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, time), kept for security and troubleshooting.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usage statistics:<\/strong> only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure which pages are visited, what is searched for, and which purchases are completed. See &#171;Analytics&#187; below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not use advertising trackers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why we use it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To take payment, deliver files and send order emails (performance of the contract).<\/li><li>To limit downloads per order, prevent misuse and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).<\/li><li>To keep records of sales where the law requires it (legal obligation).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who we share it with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Payment provider (ePayVista)<\/strong> and the payment partners it routes your payment through, depending on the method you choose. They receive the order amount, your email address and the details you enter on their payment page. Card details are entered on their pages and never reach us.<\/li><li><strong>Email delivery provider (Brevo)<\/strong>, which sends order and download emails on our behalf.<\/li><li><strong>Hosting provider<\/strong>, which stores the site and its database on our behalf.<\/li><li><strong>Google (Google Analytics)<\/strong>, only if you accept analytics cookies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analytics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept (legal basis: consent). If you accept, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited \/ Google LLC) receives your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, searches, cart and checkout actions, and, when an order is paid, the order number, items and amount together with the analytics identifier stored in your browser. Advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice at any time with the &#171;Cookie settings&#187; link at the bottom of every page; declining removes the analytics cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Necessary:<\/strong> cookies that run the cart and checkout (for example to remember what is in your cart). If you log in to the admin area, login cookies are also set.<\/li><li><strong>Analytics (only with consent):<\/strong> <code>_ga<\/code> and <code>_ga_*<\/code> from Google Analytics, kept for up to two years. Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser&#8217;s local storage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order data is kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal record-keeping. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis. Emails are kept while a request is open and for a reasonable period afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. Email <a href=\"mailto:support@ecuskull.ch\">support@ecuskull.ch<\/a> to make a request.
